More Comments at Google MapWe had pork ramen, energy ramen and local specialty ramen, local special ramen is light soup and whoever like lighter taste will like it, energy ramen is suitable for whoever like garlics as a lot of garlics is used and the soup is full of garlic taste. Pork ramen is delicious too with the pork is tender and melt in mouth. We had gyoza too and mapo tofu, worth to try their mapo tofu
On a busy road with a ton of food establishments, this one would be easy to pass by, but you shouldn't! Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, it is classic delicious homemade ramen. Quite a few choices on the menu, but when I asked for the Master's recommendation, he served up a sesame broth with chashu pork ramen. The soup was delicious with just the right amount of spice, and the meat was incredibly tender. I ordered a side of the yuzupon steamed gyoza, and they were some of the most unique and tasty gyoza I have ever tried. Another unique feature of this place are the really cool shakuhachi flutes that the Master's father hand carves out of different trees and are on display around the shop. Definitely stop by this place on your way to or from the slopes or a nice onsen!
We are open until 9:30 pm, which is quite late. It was hard to see at night because the sign was dark, but I thought there was a ramen shop there, so I wandered in. The interior of the store is dotted with miscellaneous goods, giving it the impression of ``THE old-fashioned ramen shop'' that feels a little nostalgic. The menu is rich with soy sauce, miso, salt, etc., and there are also various set meals. Since we're here, let's have some Shirasaba ramen with the place name on it. I thought it might not be enough, so I decided to add gyoza, but there were two types: regular and stick gyoza, so I ordered stick gyoza. While I was waiting for it to be completed, I happened to look at the wall and saw the ``Record of Super Spicy Eating'' and ``Record of Eating Extremely Rich'' displayed. Although it is not written on the menu, there seems to be a challenge menu as well. The ramen is brought out, and the gyoza comes soon after. I took a quick look and thought, ``You can also eat rice with this,'' so I ordered an additional mini chili bowl. When you get the ramen from the soup, the seasoning is a little strong, but the light flavor spreads through quickly. The noodles were firm and chewy, and although they weren't that curly, they went well with the soup. Maybe the strong flavor is just right Is it Komatsuna? The green vegetables are very fragrant and crisp. I'd be happy to serve this on a plate on its own. Stick gyoza is served on a griddle with grated garlic. Once you take a bite of the gyoza, you will notice that it is well seasoned, so it is quite delicious to eat it with vinegar and pepper instead of soy sauce. Although the filling was not very juicy, I felt that the sweetness similar to Shumai was different from other dumplings at other restaurants. The skin is crispy yet chewy and delicious! Lastly, there's the mini chili bowl, which the host said was seasoned with tomato ketchup, but the unique sourness whets the appetite. The sweetness of the chili was quite subdued, which I liked. The quality of all of the items was one level higher than other ramen shops, and I was impressed by the simple deliciousness. Also, for some reason, they sell homemade steamed bread, and you can even take it home frozen. One more thing There was a family with a child who seemed to be locals at the table next to me, and when the child started crying, the husband came out of the kitchen and gave them sweets (toys?), which made the child stop crying, which really left an impression on me. It was spot on. It may be a casual thing, but I thought it was the husband's heart full of love.
