More Comments at Google MapMarch 19, 2023 Google was temporarily closed, but we are now open for business. I had been there once before and had some very delicious soba, so I wanted to try it again, so I went there on a whim, but I was very happy to see that it was open. I had carefully selected soba noodles and Takinosawa tempura. The coarsely ground soba noodles had a nice texture and great flavor, and the tempura was a masterpiece that let you feel the taste of spring. There is a pavilion outside the shop where water from Okutone springs, and some people are looking for water. Eating soba in a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by rural scenery is the best.
I visited on a Saturday in early July 2022. I arrived a little before 12:00 noon, and there were several cars parked in front of the shop, so I parked on the street as well, but when I finished eating and left the shop, I entered the shop from the main road. There was a parking lot a little further down the road. I think there is enough space to park 4-5 cars. There was a spring water field right next to the shop, and everyone seemed to be going there to collect water and take it home. This is a long introduction, but we received a limited quantity of specially selected soba noodles. I was told that it was Nihachi's soba that used Tsunagi, but it was so chewy and elastic that you could almost taste the buckwheat. Do you want to make soba noodles? Tokiko also uses buckwheat flour, so the soba noodles are fragrant and very delicious. This was my first visit, but both the husband and wife were very friendly and talked to me about their specialties about soba. We also had Maitake mushroom tempura and Takinosawa tempura (assorted tempura), and my wife had Mori soba and was very satisfied. It is also a shop that you should definitely visit when you are driving in Kawaba Village.
GW outing Carefully selected soba for soba lovers Limited to 10 meals 1,200 yen only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays The weather is nice, and I have a ride today, so would you like a beer 🍺? Maitake mushroom tempura is also great!
