I love every single menu that I ate!

I had a motsuni set meal at a guesthouse/restaurant. Perhaps because it was around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, there were no customers and the place was reserved. The offal stew at this restaurant is very simmered, and I think it's probably been simmered for 3 or 4 days. The giblets were very soft and soaked up the flavor of the soy sauce base, making it very delicious. There is another shop in the Numata area of ​​Gunma that is very famous for motsuni, but the taste of both of them was hard to rate. Although it is called boiled motsu, the taste is completely different.
