This is actually the closest shop to the waterfall. (Also, it's even better to see the waterfall from upstream than from downstream, as it's more impressive.) I was able to park the car for free...which was valuable in these difficult times. The shop was staffed only by women and had a very homely atmosphere. Everything in the area has a fee, so even if it's free, please buy something if you can. I went home with a souvenir of konnyaku and some soba noodles from the shop!

I thought that parking fees would be charged everywhere, so when I was looking for it, I was told that if you buy anything at the store (even 100 yen for a juice), you won't have to pay for parking. I bought juice and vegetables. Personally, this is the reason for 5 stars, because the toilet attached to the shop was very clean. I think that's the most important point. If I come to Fukiware Falls again, I will definitely use this place.

I believe this is the closest parking lot. It is impossible to park in a nearby parking lot for free at any tourist spot. I write a lot in reviews, but I think it's natural to pay a little. If you buy it at a store, you'll be lucky if it's free. I ordered Yamakake Udon and Zaru Soba. As for the taste, the soy sauce was a little harsh because I'm used to the taste of dashi soup in Kansai udon. But, if I hadn't been in the middle of my trip yet, I would have liked to have all-you-can-eat corn for 500 yen...😭
