I jumped in to satisfy my hunger after returning from the hot spring. The shop looks like a ramen shop like "Toge no Chaya" on the mountain road. As it is a hot spring area, the proprietress is very sociable and you can relax with small talk. Topped with kimchi on char siu noodles. Super thin noodles are entwined in the endangered species of Tokyo soup. The low-fat char siu is also meaty, and the sourness of the kimchi that melts into it will make you whisper, "Ah!" It was delicious. The soup was a little warm, but it was a ramen that permeated the five organs!

It was nostalgic stamina ramen. When I was in my twenties, I quite liked accumulating service points. The stamina ramen I ate for the first time in a long time had just the right amount of fried meat and chives. I ordered the soy sauce flavor. It was refreshing than before, and the garlic and chives were appetizing. Exquisite stamina ramen doubles your appetite. On the other hand, I also put stamina miso. I challenged wild vegetable ramen on another day, so I'll post a picture. I think that soy sauce is recommended for both wild vegetables and stamina.
