Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Maple

We popped in for lunch to try their delicious local trout. They offer a few different versions of the dish including traditional, menuires, baked in salt etc. It was really tasty and well presented. The lake view is an additional bonus!

Victorian- style cafe next to lake Chuzenji. Food is superb and quiet. Highly recommend!

Best fish ever. OMG foods soooo delicious 🤤 A little bit pricey but red Salmon is so tasty.
