When I went on a memorable trip with my wife, we had Kohantei's ``Maitake Mushroom Tendon''. It comes with maitake mushroom tempura and kakiage, and is very filling. If I remember correctly, I think the tempura was made with locally grown mushrooms, the same as the one I used when I stayed at Kankoso next door. It was delicious because they were particular about the ingredients.

First of all, the food is delicious. The BBQ sauce is not too thick, just the right seasoning. Tempura is also crispy. The price is also reasonable. The customer service is also wonderful. This is a store that will satisfy everyone.

I used it for a one-day drive from Saitama. I had soba noodles and it was delicious. I don't think it's that elaborate soba, but the maitake mushrooms and croquettes (with maitake mushrooms) were also delicious.
