More Comments at Google MapI came to the store for a daily lunch of ¥ 780, which I had been interested in for a long time. On this day, I had a set meal of sashimi and fried horse mackerel. The atmosphere in the store is good, and I would like to visit again at a later date. Other bowls and set lunch menus looked good. Added on Friday, January 28, 2022 I got the tempura rice bowl ¥500, which is only available on Fridays. Cospa is the best. It was so delicious.
I couldn't forget the mozuku vinegar and steamed egg custard that I ate in Tokyo before, so when I asked Mr. Itamae who made it, he said he opened a shop in Ashikaga, so I went there! (I also saw flowers in the flower park🌸☺️) I went with a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old child, but they prepared a tatami room and served the children with a smile. I got the impression that they really care about their customers, from the tasteful and clean interior and the thoughtfulness of the staff. We had a walnut set (sashimi, tempura, boiled flatfish, steamed egg custard, homemade pickles, rice miso soup), mozuku vinegar, and a children's set. My 4-year-old daughter didn't like the green onion toro for the first time, but the others were delicious! By the way, it seems that negitoro can be changed. Mozuku vinegar and steamed egg custard, which I was looking for, were also very delicious! The mozuku vinegar was thready and had the best texture. Everything I ate was really delicious, but the shrimp tempura was the most surprising! ! The batter wasn't too sticky and was crispy, and the shrimp inside was neither raw nor overcooked, and was plump! For the first time, I was able to come across shrimp tempura that I thought was truly delicious. It's delicious no matter what you eat, so it's recommended.
I had a tendon at lunch time on a weekday. The batter was crispy, and even after eating it, it was delicious without feeling heavy on the stomach. The accompanying miso soup was also delicious.
