Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜FONTAINE

I wanted to eat soba, so I went to Kaminagano area in Kanuma city. I was wandering around this area wondering where to eat at noon, but I entered this restaurant. At first, I decided to choose soba noodles for today, but the meat dish ordered by the table seat in the back was brought and I was eating it very deliciously, so I ordered a hamburger set. After enjoying the smell and sound of soy sauce-based sauce on a moderately sized and hot iron plate, when I put the meat in my mouth, it was delicious with the hot meat juice and sauce. It seems that they are open on Saturdays and Sundays, so I will eat soba noodles on my way home from fishing next time.

Extra-thin soba noodles with good dipping sauce. It's the thinnest you've ever seen. You're good with your hands. Kanuma Wagyu beef is expensive to eat outside, so I wonder if I can buy it at a butcher shop and eat it at home.

Both the soba and tempura were delicious! The shop was also very beautiful and the customer service was good. The toilet was also clean, which is a plus point.
