"The second most delicious restaurant in Japan, the best is mom's taste" This is what is written on the chopstick bag at this store, but these slightly quirky words are written all over the store, including the walls, menu book, and toilets. The first time I visited was over 20 years ago, but no matter how many times I visit, I never get tired of this Showa-era coffee shop, which gives me a nostalgic feeling. When you think of red bird, you think of fried udon. Come to think of it, for some reason I've only ever eaten this dish at home, but the taste that comes to mind is probably pretty much the same. The taste of the red chicken yaki udon is completely different from that one. Eggs are placed on a hot iron plate, and fried udon noodles are sprinkled with plenty of black pepper on top. Is it sake? Is it seafood-based soup? The indescribably fragrant juice makes a simmering sound. For some reason, the sesame seeds on the rice and Fukujinzuke go well with this fried udon, so we recommend ordering the set instead of individually. Even though I've been coming here for over 20 years, I've never had Italian spaghetti or fried noodles, which I know are absolutely delicious. Fried udon is so delicious. I'll come again soon.

Yaki udon and rice are a perfect combination! It is delicious and has a large amount. The shopkeeper is a friendly person and seems to like posting on radio stations, so there are many records left. From the parking lot to the entrance and into the store, it is highly entertaining, so please look around. Let's stop by the shop once!

It seems like the restaurant is run by a couple. It was my first time visiting, but the elegant wife explained things to me in detail (〃▽〃) The food was also very delicious. I will come again (･ω･)ﾉﾉ
