I went to a store called Tokachiya near the Matsuda River Dam in Ashikaga City. The shop is located in a quiet mountain area and has a very calm atmosphere. The menu includes soba and tempura, and I ordered soba and maitake mushroom tempura. The soba noodles were chewy and had a smooth texture. In addition, the Maitake Mushroom Tendon was freshly fried, and the crispy batter and Maitake mushroom flavor were exquisite, and it was very delicious. The atmosphere of the shop was nice, and the view from the window where you could feel the nature was wonderful. The staff was also kind and made me feel comfortable. Also, the price was reasonable, and I was surprised that the soba and tempura bowl only cost 1,050 yen. This was my first visit, and I was very satisfied with Tokachiya's delicious soba and tempura, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices. When you go to Ashikaga City, please come and visit us.
