Anyway, chilled tanuki soba! There are so many ingredients that you can't even see the soba noodles. The quantity is large. Thin noodles mixed with sweet soup. For some reason, I remember it every now and then and go all the way to eat it on the highway. The shop is old and small, and is run by a married couple. This chilled tanuki soba is addictive for some reason.

First visit since 2016. It used to be a small shop, but it hasn't changed. The owner has grown old. This year, I am particular about shrimp tempura soba and I am going around the store. The tempura soba here is shrimp tempura + chikuwa tempura + pumpkin tempura + carrot kakiage and soba. I asked for Omori soba, but I was refused if it didn't fit in the bowl. Indeed, I was satisfied with the large size, taste and quantity so that there was no gap to enter like the picture. If I had to say it, it was country soba with a strong taste, but I prefer a lighter taste.

The chilled tanuki soba is very filling and delicious. There are plenty of wild vegetables and chikuwa tempura, and the noodles are quite filling, making you feel satisfied. The sauce is sweet and rich, and the noodles are thin, irregularly hand-made, and delicious.
