Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜和洋食レストラン「はなみずき」

I used it for the first time on Friday, March 3, 2023, around 3:00 p.m. I received Yamizo's handmade vegetable kakiage tempura noodles for 1,100 yen (tax included). I'm not a soba connoisseur, so I was satisfied with the taste, aroma, and texture of the soba. This is the first time I heard about Yamizo soba. The vegetable kakiage tempura was freshly fried, and the tempura sauce was flavored with ginger, which was also delicious. The price is not cheap, but I think the cost performance combined with the taste is pretty good. This is a self-service restaurant where you can purchase meal tickets. Perhaps because of the time I entered the store, the waiting time and securing a seat were smooth. The store was bright and open. Even though it was a self-service restaurant, the tables and floors were clean. This is the first time I've seen a pager that shows progress. Since it is a facility inside a roadside station, parking and restrooms are convenient. After comprehensively considering the food, cleanliness, parking, convenience of surrounding facilities, etc., I gave it a 5 star rating. I don't think this is a restaurant in itself, but if it's not crowded, I think it's okay to use it again.

This is my first time at this roadside station. I had a light meal. Thank you for your meal It was around 11:00 in the morning, so I entered without waiting. By the time the meal was over, it was full and prosperous. We will definitely visit again in the near future!
