Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜そば 山水

I had always wanted to go there after seeing the soba noodles and scenery in a magazine, and now I can! The soba noodles and the scenery were even more beautiful than in the photo, and they greeted us kindly as we went there just before closing time. Thank you to your husband and wife. I would like to bring my parents next time. We were able to talk about various things and had a very meaningful and kind time 😊 Thank you for the meal♪

I visited with my family of 4. I think there are various opinions, but my family of four was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting a store near Nagano, Kanuma City, and it was late afternoon, after 2pm...all the shops were sold out of soba... For the time being, there was a sign that it was open, so I went to the store and asked the store clerk if it was okay, but I was about to give up because I was told that it would be sold out after two meals. If you don't mind, I'll make it now (smiling)", and the mothers of the store staff were kind and I was able to eat freshly made soba (*^^*)♬ My son, who loves soba, was fascinated by his husband's soba making and watched until he finished cutting it (^o^)♬ I am grateful to my husband who said with a smile, “You can watch it.”(*^^*)♬

I had Tenmori Soba. The tempura was crispy and the soba noodles were coarsely ground and had a delicious aroma and texture. The couple was very kind to us and provided us with additional hot soup, dorayaki, soba noodles that they brought flour from home to make, and even udon noodles that were only available on Fridays. This is the first time I've met a shop that has been so kind to me. I'll visit you again.
