Tochigi, Japan｜手打ちいなかそば

This is my first visit today. I usually eat Nihachi soba or Sarashina soba, but my wife loves inaka soba so I decided to try it out. The soba noodles had a great aroma and texture, and were delicious. Also, the tempura was fried and crispy and my wife was very satisfied. I would like to visit you again. By the way, I think men can get a large portion for an additional 100 yen.

It feels like visiting a friend's house and it's relaxing ☺️ The house of the grandmother who served us? I ordered mori soba and tempura platter. The texture and aroma of soba is good😋 The soup is a little thin, so it doesn't interfere with the flavor of the soba. The tempura was served without shrimp and instead had vegetables and chikuwa, but it was crisp and delicious👍 5 stars for the soba, shop, and grandma! I'll come see grandma again 😊

I imagined it to be a farmer's house, like a relative's house like when I went to my grandma's house during summer vacation. I wonder...It's a cozy soba restaurant that is usually built on the first floor of a home. You sit down at an empty seat, and Grandma brings you tea and towels and takes your order. I had delicious yam soba and shrimp tempura made with Jinenjo. Try it!
