I went to Katayamaan, a popular hamburger restaurant. The location is at Kuzu, which is the terminal station of the Tobu Sano Line. Since it was going to be busy, I arrived early (I was the first one) and waited until the parking lot filled up quickly, even before opening time. The reviews say that the dough is kneaded and baked after ordering, so there's a bit of a wait, but that really increases my expectations! ️When you eat it, the moment you touch it with your chopsticks, the meat juices overflow and you'll be impressed. It was the first time I visited a store that I had been interested in for a long time. It looks like a Showa soba restaurant, but besides soba, there are hamburger menus and tuna menus, and I personally love this unadorned atmosphere. The order is a demi-glace hamburger lunch.
