Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜さのや

It's like the same Sano ramen that's been around for 70 years, where the noodles are made by stepping on green bamboo. It's a little different from the Sano ramen I know. If you eat at a famous restaurant such as Man○, I thought it was normal for Sano ramen that the noodles were thick and not chewy, but it seems that's not the case. The thickness of Sano Ramen's noodles is not constant, so it can't be helped to some extent, and that is its characteristic. Sanoya's ramen has a firm texture and a nostalgic taste that preserves the traditional Sano ramen. I also like buttery fried rice. The owner and his wife are both very pleasant and I will definitely come back again!

It's delicious. I've been eating it for a long time, but the cutlet curry is amazing.

I like the inside of the restaurant because it feels like an old-fashioned diner.
