Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜山保 (やまやす)

I was on a tour with a friend who is a pastry chef, and the reviews were 4.1, so I stopped by. The picture on the menu looked delicious, so I ordered the tempura. I was a little surprised when I saw the soba that came out, and there was more soba than in the photo, a little more tempura, and fukinoto and wild vegetables. The Kogomi tempura was delicious. The soba noodles are chewy and the soup is delicious, and at 1,100 yen it's cheap.

The location is difficult to find. I thought it was just a restaurant with fried food and fried chicken, but the soba noodles were really delicious. The soup is light and the handmade soba noodles are chewy. The tempura is delicious, and the mizusoba is also available. There's always a line at the restaurant above, but this is a little-known spot that's empty and has delicious food.

I heard that it is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, so I visit it occasionally. One of the few restaurants where you can eat Mizusoba Good soba noodles, good tempura!! ️
