More Comments at Google MapI was curious about it because of the good reviews, so I went to eat there on Saturday, September 2nd. We arrived around 11:40. There were already a lot of customers inside, but we managed to get them in without having to wait. The soba menu is very simple: mori soba in medium size, large size, and special size. And daily tempura 200 yen. I knew in advance that the portion would be small, so I ordered the special portion. I also ordered the daily tempura. The food arrived in about 20 minutes. Even though I say extra serving, it's about the size of a regular soba restaurant. The soba has a good flavor and goes down smoothly, so it's like thinly sliced country soba. It was very delicious. The soup is delicious, and the soba soup is thick and thick, which is also delicious! ! If I had to say something selfish, I would be happy if the soba soup was colder ( *´꒳`* ) I think the soup would be even more delicious if it was chilled(ت*) The tempura was crispy and topped with seasonal vegetables and was very delicious. It is a style of eating with salt. It takes about 45 minutes from my house, but it's one of the restaurants I'd like to visit again! Thank you for the meal\(^o^)/ The soba eating trip continues.
I visited at 12:00 noon on a weekday, but they were about to put out a sign that they were preparing. I managed to slip in, but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes until the soba noodles came out. I ordered a large serving and tempura. It was cheap and delicious. I might have been able to go to Tokumori.
It's frankly good. It has the original taste and aroma of buckwheat. Perhaps the soba is ground with a hand mill, so it feels solid. It is chewy and the soup is not too thick so as not to spoil the taste of the soba. The 5-go soba (2,100 yen) serves about four people, so it is recommended for families. I forgot to take a picture of it, but the tempura was freshly fried and crispy and delicious. In particular, the pumpkin tempura seems to be fried with seasoning, and the sweetness is solid. It's from 11:30, but it's so popular that people line up before the store opens, and the soba will be finished before noon if it's early. It seems to be relatively empty on weekdays, but it may be better to check in advance before coming to the store because it is difficult to get a mobile phone signal near the store.
