You can choose the amount and spiciness of the sauce. There are spicy and extra spicy varieties. Children's sizes are also available.

It was black yakisoba that I had never eaten before. The noodles are chewy and have a texture similar to soba. The sauce was also sweet and delicious. When I come to Sano, I want to go eat there again.
