A store where you can travel back in time to the good times when Japan was lively. Because the restaurant is located inside a long-established hotel, the quality is different. Even when it comes to lunch, I can clearly see the attitude of ``no cutting corners,'' ``beautiful presentation,'' and ``I want everyone to enjoy the meal.'' Honestly, I don't want to write about it too much because it would bring in "bad customers", but I would like to introduce it to the table in "Tabelog"! I booked a plan that included breakfast and dinner at the attached hotel, so I used it and it was very delicious. Anyway, the vegetables and shiitake mushrooms were delicious, and the pork was also exquisite. The seasonal beef short ribs were delicious, but perhaps because of my age, I felt a bit heavy on my stomach. Fish may also be delicious, but the land around here (where carp is famous) has a trauma about seafood, so I couldn't challenge it. However, I don't think you can find a restaurant of this caliber attached to a hotel. The hotel is also relatively reasonably priced, so we recommend using it in conjunction with a dinner plan (a certain discount).
