Your order is confirmed when you purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. If you sit down without taking your meal ticket to the reception desk, you will be called by your ticket number. The rest is food court style, and you can get your own water from a water dispenser in a paper cup. After meals, please return tableware to the return slot. I had chive kneaded ramen. Chives are kneaded into it, giving it a light green color and a curly, smooth texture similar to Sano Ramen. The noodles themselves are just ordinary Chinese noodles with no aroma or taste. Plenty of crunchy bean sprouts and fine chives. The soup has a little bit of oil, making it light but rich. There was also free ``fried soba'' at the receiving end, which was quite hard so I ate it by dipping it in the soup. Everything was fun and delicious. Frozen Chinese chive ramen is also sold at souvenir shops at roadside stations.

This is a restaurant attached to the west side of the roadside station. You can get handmade soba noodles 🎵 Ingredients for other menus are also locally produced and consumed, mainly using local agricultural and livestock products from the Tochigi neighborhood and west. You can also enjoy Chinese chive soba topped with the local gourmet dish of the Tochigi Nishikata and Kanuma districts ("boiled niwa no ohitashi"). The ramen noodles are turmeric-green noodles that are kneaded with "Nira", a specialty of the West. We also recommend the pork cutlet curry topped with Sakurayama pork loin from Noboku Terauchi in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture😃💕 It is full of local love. A limited menu is adopted for each season, Duck soup soba in winter, sudachi soba in summer, etc. Every time I visit, I look forward to seeing what's to come.

The hand-made soba noodles that you can see being made are exquisite.
