I went to Namasaki, a handmade soba shop in Iwafune🥢 This is located along the Iwafune Highway as you go straight towards Sano! The handmade soba noodles and homemade yogurt signboards are landmarks 💡 There are tables and tatami rooms inside the store! ! It's very clean and has a nice atmosphere. In addition to handmade soba, there is a wide variety of dishes including udon, tempura, and dashimaki tamago♪ Recommendations are curry nanban and grated shrimp🦐 looks delicious! ! I listened to the staff's recommendations, and since it was hot outside, I decided on radish soba 😋 lol We also ordered seasonal tempura, dashimaki omelet, and fried tofu! ! Soba is chewy and delicious! ! I had it with radish soba, so it was refreshing 😍 Next time, let's have Nanban revenge! ! The seasonal tempura was crispy and delicious with potatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc. ! The dashimaki egg and tofu fried rice were soaked in flavor and had just the right amount of sweetness ♫ Completely finished it😋 Apparently they originally make homemade yogurt, but they are currently taking a break from making yogurt! I can't wait to eat it ☺️ We also sell pesticide-free pickled Chinese cabbage in stores at affordable prices 🥬 It was just the right amount of salty! *The photo was cut at home!
