Tochigi, Japan｜Hinodeya

It is said that Kenshin Uesugi once looked out over the Kanto Plain from here. It's a famous spot for cherry blossoms, but winter sweets are blooming in front of you, which is nice. In front of the allspice, we had three specialties of this restaurant: yakitori, omelet, and dumplings. The large yakitori, the slightly sweet omelette, and the delicious dumplings with grainy red bean paste were all delicious. If you order at the front of the store, it will be brought to your seat with a nice view along with hot tea.

Both the soba and tamagoyaki were very delicious. I was also interested in the dango, maitake mushroom tempura, and yakitori, but the amount of soba noodles was too large (3 cups) for one person, so I couldn't get there. I think the price is reasonable considering it's a tourist destination.

A soba restaurant near the observatory of Mt. Ohira. It was crowded during the consecutive holidays, so I entered the store without waiting. I was told to wait for 40 minutes for soba noodles, but I waited while picking up yakitori. Two people share a go-go-uchi. The soba was chewy and had a good aroma and was very delicious. Maitake mushroom tempura is also very satisfying with volume. The thick soba-yu was also delicious.
