I tried the chashu noodles (800 yen), The handmade noodles are smooth and delicious. The char siu was light with little fat, but it was satisfying to eat. The three gyoza (240 yen) are so juicy and the meat juice comes out when you eat them. Also, I thought it was nice that the astragalus was in a case and could be taken out, which gave it a clean feel.
