I go here to eat regularly, and I usually never go wrong. On the regular menu, I like Chinese noodles and rich tsukemen and eat them often, but it seems like the rich ones are currently on hiatus. Anyway, the flavorful soup and chewy thick noodles are the best. Also, the limited menu is always full of originality and delicious! I'm sure there are many regulars who come just for the limited edition items. I think the owner really loves ramen. I'll go eat there again.

This is my first visit in two years. I visited at 12 noon on a weekday, but I was able to get in without waiting. I wanted to try the tsukemen, but they said the tonkotsu would be closed for a while, so I ordered the limited edition salted shrimp soba (large). Since I don't have any photos, I was hoping to see what it would look like, and the rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. The soup is divided into two layers (salt soup and shrimp stock sauce), and I enjoyed the clear salt soup first before mixing the soup. It was my first time eating Shinshi's salt, and it was super delicious! That's one word. This shop has delicious soup! When I tried the shrimp soup, the rich shrimp flavor hit me hard, and before I knew it, I was drinking all the soup. It is excellent when mixed with a little salt soup. It was delicious with a gentle salty taste and rich shrimp. The noodles are thin and soak up the soup well. It's great to be able to eat such stylish ramen in Tochigi City. The limited-time menu always hits the spot, and you can feel the owner's taste! !

I had green onion char siu noodles and lemon soba. Ramen, no doubt. You can't go wrong no matter what you eat. Above all, the customer service is the best. Was this your first time changing hands? I saw a shop that did that. I'm not in the restaurant industry, but I would like to learn from him.
