I ordered a mixed serving of duck soup. It seems to be our most popular menu, and the thick-sliced ​​duck meat and fried tofu make a good soup stock. It also had chicken balls and was delicious. Soba noodles are soft and thin noodles, but the flavor of buckwheat flour is strong and the amount is large, so it is filling. The miso stewed udon is also excellent, using authentic Hatcho miso from Nagoya. The seasonal menu is also substantial. It is a recommended shop.

[Kakiage squid tempura noodle set 900 yen] The squid tempura is a little small, but it is soft, and the kakiage is crispy and voluminous, and it is very delicious. [Yakitori 390 yen] It was soft and juicy, but the taste of the sauce was normal. Even if I was alone, I was guided to a table seat when it was vacant, and the customer service was wonderful. I had a warm udon, but it was lightly flavored but had a firm texture with a strong dashi broth.

I used it for lunch. This time is a set of tempura bowl and warm soba. The old-fashioned dark and sweet dashi soup and black country soba are a perfect match. I like to sprinkle shichimi chili pepper on top and eat it. The sweet and spicy taste will make you move your chopsticks forward.
