The interior of the restaurant is divided into private rooms, tables, and a parlor. I had it in a private room. The atmosphere is nice, and each dish is handmade. It was just the right amount and delicious. The kudzu cutlets were in ice water and served with brown sugar syrup. Chewy! delicious.

There are many local customers, so it must be a good store. The wagyu hitsumabushi I ordered was delicious. It's close to my workplace, so I want to visit again.

It is very tasty. The owner is kind, the tickets are good, and the store is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The ingredients are fresh and I think it's top class in the prefecture compared to Utsunomiya city.
