I made a reservation for lunch as my mother's birthday was coming up. There was a sign at the entrance saying that the place was fully booked, so I made a reservation and it was a good idea. I ordered the Tiger Puffer Fish Zosui Gozen, Kanade Gozen (sea bream ochazuke), and Angel Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura Gozen. Sea bream ochazuke can be eaten as sashimi, but the soup is served in a pot with sesame sauce and dashi stock. Is grilled fish served with Saikyo-yaki flounder? The boiled butterbur and shiitake mushrooms and the smelt nanban are all carefully made and delicious. I was asked to add ponzu sauce to the puffer fish porridge if I wanted, but the broth was so delicious that I ate it as is without adding ponzu sauce. The skin of the sashimi was more elastic than the meat, but the flavor came out from the fat and was delicious. It might be a little unsatisfactory for men, but my mother especially liked the idea of being able to enjoy a variety of things little by little, and she said it was delicious. The fish is delicious, but I'm also curious about the limited edition pork kakuni set, so I'd like to visit again.
Visited at lunch time. I like tempura, so I ordered angel shrimp. There were a lot of small bowls and it was full and delicious. The atmosphere of the shop is quiet and calm, and the prices are reasonable. Reservations are recommended.
