Tochigi, Japan｜Niku-no-Fukiage

The high end steak was excellent. They tend to cook a little under, so medium was closer to medium rare. Not an issue when the meat is of that quality. Excellent! Update: still good. Even their cheaper steaks are excellent!

Great tochigi wagyu (local delicacy). Def stop here for lunch.
