Tochigi, Japan｜Tsugaya

I had lunch at Tsugaya for the first time in three years. It was delicious! I ate a set of mini seafood bowl and mini kakiage bowl from the lunch menu.

The kaisen-don (rice bowl topped with seafood) made by the owner, who makes the best use of his discerning eye for fish, is fresh and voluminous, so we recommend it.

The seafood bowl is fresh and very delicious. The eel is also carefully cooked over a long period of time, making it an excellent dish. It's often full, so it's best to make a reservation in advance.
