7/2 Because it is new soba, I might have enjoyed a more delicate flavor cold, but I liked the change from the waist to the softness, so I ordered the hot one even though it was hot. It sounds negative when you say it stretches, but the last mixed with the soft soup stock and maitake tempura oil is also excellent.

I had the chilled maitake tempura soba. The soba noodles went down easily, and the tempura was crispy and delicious. I took my 3 year old daughter there and she was obsessed with eating it!

The soba noodles here are absolutely delicious! After all, the soba noodles are watery. The building also has a nice atmosphere. The store clerk told me that there is a soba field nearby and they use the buckwheat from that field. You can eat while looking at the flowers in the soba field from the terrace seat! This is a soba restaurant that I want to go to many times!
