More Comments at Google MapThis soba is made by local people using buckwheat flour from the Senba area of Sano City, and goes well with noodle soup. A set of tempura, eggplant 🍆, sweet potato 🍠, maitake mushrooms, and kakiage. Best of all, the soba and tempura are delicious and the prices are reasonable. it's recommended.
At the end of a mountain road, you will find a shop that looks like a local community center. It's only open on Saturdays and Sundays, but I was lucky that it wasn't too crowded on the Saturday I visited. You buy a meal ticket and drink your own tea and water, style at a local restaurant. I feel so calm The table seats and tatami area are spacious and comfortable. The menu is soba and tempura (assorted vegetables) However, I am grateful to be able to enjoy very fragrant and delicious soba noodles at a reasonable price. Soba is ground soba noodles with a thin maple sauce made from bonito flakes. The soba in the photo is a 5-go serving. Tempura is Kakiage/Satsuma/Maitake x2. The soba itself is delicious in this area, so this might be recommended on Saturdays and Sundays when the nearby Mt. Izuruyama is sure to be crowded.
This is a rural restaurant run by neighbors working together. You can enjoy freshly boiled soba noodles made with locally produced buckwheat flour. Although it is seasonal, we also recommend mimi udon, a local dish of this area.
