Sano ramen-style flat noodles with highly transparent chicken stock soup. Thickly-sliced, large roasted char siu, bamboo shoots, green onions, and toru. The gyoza gyoza, which has a nice brown color and is fragrant, is also delicious if you like the balance of ingredients. It's good that they are focusing on local production for local consumption.

I had Oyama's Kuroge Wagyu beef steak set (over 2000 yen excluding tax). Is it unique to a roadside station that you can eat while watching TV? Wagyu steak can be served hot while being grilled on solid fuel. I had a prefectural discount ticket worth 2000 yen, so I was able to get it for about the consumption tax. It was delicious. There is only one kind of sauce for the meat, but it is juicy even if you eat it as it is, and the soy sauce may change the taste. There is also a counter for one person. But turn your back on the TV. The ceiling is wide and there is a sense of openness.

I had the pork ginger grilled set meal and the carbonara ramen. Carbonara ramen uses ramen noodles instead of pasta, but it's like a high-class raw pasta. It has a chewy texture and the sauce mixes well with it. Oton's Ginger-grilled set meal uses a local brand of pork called "Oton". It had a firm texture and the flavor of the meat, and the seasoning of the sauce was just right and delicious. What surprised me the most was the freshness of the vegetables used in the salad. As expected, it is a roadside station that handles freshly harvested vegetables. The store has a park on the south side, and I got the impression that it was bright, spacious and clean.
