After all, the customer service at the store was cheerful and greeted me with a smile, and I was able to enjoy the ramen 🍜. Of course the taste was good, and the gyoza was also very delicious. It is located less than one minute from the roadside station Domankatanuma, so it is also recommended for roadside station users. I would like to repeat it again.
I stopped by with a friend because I wanted to try Sano Ramen. I went on a Sunday before noon, and the parking lot was large and I was able to get in before it got crowded. This time, I ordered salt ramen (with boiled egg). When I took a sip of the soup, it was light but packed with flavor, and it soaked into my body. The boiled egg was exquisitely soft and delicious, and the char siu was soft and satisfying even though it was thick. The noodles are slightly transparent, chewy, and delicious! It came with plum meat for a different taste, but it had a slightly salty taste that drowned out the gentle flavor of the ramen. As someone who likes pickled plums, I felt that sweeter plums would bring out the flavor of the ramen better. The gyoza has thick skin and is full of chives and juicy meat. This was also delicious. I would love to eat there again.
I found Sano Ramen through new development. Since there were two of us, we ordered soy sauce pork noodles, salt ginger ramen, and grilled gyoza. The soy sauce is not the clear one that is popular in recent Sano ramen, but the ramen has a nostalgic feel with a slightly emphasized soy sauce taste. The shio ginger ramen has a modern clear taste but has a strong taste, so I can understand why salt is popular. The atmosphere of the store is lively and bright. Next time I will try miso.
