Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜大和屋手工拉麵

I had ramen and gyoza for lunch. The ramen was light and easy to eat and very delicious. Each gyoza is large and filling. This was also very delicious. I would like to use it again when I'm nearby.

A long-established Sano ramen shop. The ramen is a bit salty, but it mixes well with the noodles and is delicious. The dumplings were bigger than expected. Delicious gyoza with the sweetness of vegetables.

If you ask me if it's Sano ramen, I might be confused because it's not the so-called irregular curly noodles, but the noodles themselves are chewy Sano ramen noodles. The soup and melty roasted pork were among the highest in my personal ranking of all the ramen I've ever eaten. The gyoza are big and filling and delicious, but the garlic is good so it's a matter of taste ^_^ I like it. I ordered a large serving, but considering it costs an additional 200 yen, maybe chashu noodles would be a better deal? So soft that you can't even hold it with chopsticks! Writing this made me want to eat it again.
