I ate thin noodles for soba. This is authentic Nihachi soba, with a pleasant aroma that hits your nose and a pleasant taste. When you eat soba with just wasabi, the sweet taste of soba is emphasized. I think the flavor of the soba dipping sauce is clear and good. My wife ordered a set with Tekkadon, and I ordered a set with Katsudon. Both the tuna and vinegared rice were amazing, and the Katsudon cutlets were thick and flavorful.Every detail of this restaurant is of a high standard. It seems to be a popular store, so I recommend going early when it opens.

There are mushroom soup stock and dipping soup, so I think you can enjoy it while choosing your own. The vegetable tempura bowl also had sauce hanging all the way to the bottom of the rice. The freshly fried tempura was crispy and delicious. It was a shop I wanted to repeat.
