I stopped by on my way to Nikko during Golden Week. I wanted to eat something unique to that area, so I did some research and found out that Kanuma City has something called "Nira Soba"! The first time I ate chive soba, I was surprised at how delicious it was. Honestly, do chives and soba go together? That's what I thought, but it fits! The chives are also much thicker and meatier than the ones you usually eat, making them very filling! Slurp your soba while enjoying its crunchy texture and unique aroma. Yeah! delicious! It looks really good for your body and makes you feel healthy. I'm glad I got to try chive soba for the first time in my life 🎵
