Mibu, Tochigi, Japan｜中国料理錦

I went there on the recommendation of a person, but it was the best Chinese restaurant. It was really delicious and satisfying. We ordered 2 gomoku ankake ramen, shrimp chili sauce, and dumplings one by one. It was about 3,600 yen in all. The gomoku ankake ramen was 880 yen, so I think the shrimp chili is probably in the 1,000 yen range, but I forgot to take a picture because of the incredible volume and taste of the shrimp. There were about 15 large shrimps in it, and the chili sauce with plenty of green onions was a little spicy, so it was so delicious that I wanted to eat it over rice. Gomoku Ankake Ramen was not salty and had a slightly sweet and elegant soup. The ankake ingredients were also carefully prepared, and the meat was pork and chicken cut in different ways, and both were covered with potato starch and were soft and easy to eat. In addition to Chinese cabbage and bamboo shoots, it contained thick slices of dried shiitake mushrooms, which were very delicious. The dumplings were full of gravy and had a solid grilled color, and tasted like a little dumpling. I would like to try another menu next time.

Even though we arrived just before the restaurant was closing, the wife said to me, ``Please take your time and enjoy your meal,'' without a single unpleasant look on her face. My husband's cooking skills are top-notch, and the fried rice and mapo tofu were delicious without any breadiness. I enjoyed both the chewy parts and the crispy parts of the gyoza, and the bean paste inside was juicy and delicious. It was a restaurant that made me want to keep going and try all the other dishes. I would like to go again!

Lunch is good value for money. In addition to salad, soup, and pickles, dessert is also included.
