Wasn't expecting a nice French restaurant next to a small train stop, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh, well cooked and artfully displayed. Price is good for the quality of what you get.

Supper delicious French course. Never miss it

July 2023 update: I was finally able to go again. There are many tourist spots in Tochigi, such as hotel restaurants near Nasu and hot spring inns in Nikko, but we skipped them all and had dinner two days in a row. I was deeply moved that it became more and more delicious even though the price did not change in the midst of soaring prices. I don't like many ingredients, especially seafood and vegetables, but this dish is a different story. I didn't feel the fishy smell of seafood or the harshness of vegetables at all. The "barracuda and vegetable soup" I ate this time, it's really strange how it is cooked without the fishy smell and only the umami of the fish. The next day, lamb was the main dish, and I didn't really like it, but I trusted the chef and tried it, and it was lamb! ? ? yes! ? delicious! I couldn't help but shout. It was moderately greasy and had a different taste from beef and pork. It's wonderful to have new dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients well. No matter how many times I go, I never get tired of it. It's far away, but I'll be there from now on. Previous review: I have been moving around Japan due to my job transfer, but there is no other restaurant that is as delicious and reasonably priced as this one. I envy those who live in Mibu-machi. I'm far away in Kansai now, but I want to go eat even if it's on the Shinkansen. When I was in Mibu-machi, I used to go out and eat at various places, but the taste was not as good as here, so I started going there every week. I gained a little weight, but I have no regrets (laughs). It's delicious no matter what you eat. There was no cutting corners in all the dishes, and the desserts were elaborate and used seasonal fruits. I think women can be satisfied with the half course, but both meat and fish are very good, so we recommend the full course!
