We had a holiday lunch on Golden Week. Beer first. At first, I gulped down the mildly flavored corn soup. I gulped down the curry flavor of the next vermicelli. Next is shrimp chili sauce. I had already run out of draft beer, so I had a sip of Shaoxing wine. I don't really like shrimp with chili sauce, but the shrimp had a nice, crunchy texture, and the sauce was spicy, but not overpowering, but full of flavor. I guess it's similar to the taste of the late Iron Chef Chou Futoku, who had a restaurant near his office. I wonder if it's Cantonese cuisine? Sorry if I'm wrong. Next is mapo tofu, which doesn't have the spicy or numbing sensation that grips your stomach, but it's very gentle. Finish with xiaolongbao, steamed dumplings, and dessert. Hmm, I guess that's the real strength of Utsunomiya Chinese food!

It's not a small town Chinese restaurant, but an authentic one. Mapo tofu with numbing spiciness and deep flavor ¥1200. It felt a little like no other. If it's your first time, lunch seems like a good option ♪ There's plenty of parking.
