When it first opened in May, there was a huge line, so I gave up, and when I went there after 1:00 on a weekday in July, it wasn't crowded, so I decided to go in. I had only been to Shimokuri Junks before, so I was nervous about what it would be like, but the instructions for ordering toppings were written on paper and easy to understand, and if I didn't understand, they would let me know. The ramen was also delicious. While I was waiting, the lady asked me if I wanted ramen or tsukemen, and how much noodles I wanted, and then she started boiling the noodles, so the rotation wasn't too bad. 2023 September 15th 3rd time. I was thinking of adding ginger this time, but it was sold out...I ordered raw eggs as planned, but was asked, "Do you want arugula?" It's not Kaiji, but it's definitely a blessing. You can enjoy eggs, ginger, and onions for just 50 yen. And it was delicious. It was also great that green onions were available as a topping for free. The only disappointing thing is that the tabletop seasonings are placed between the seats, so you have to be careful not to hit your arm with the person next to you when you pick them up.

Jiro-style ramen made by former Jiro Shinjuku store manager. The noodles are harder than the original. The extra-thick noodles are exactly Jiro. Pork is boiled so tightly that it crumbles in your mouth. There is Kaeshi on the table, so if you feel it is thin, you can add it. I'm looking forward to the daily free toppings that are frequent. The customer service is good, and the store is easy to enter even with small children. It's nice to have a relaxing space with background music that an old man in his 40s likes.

Mini ramen, garlic paste, and free green onion toppings. The noodles were fluffy, the soup was gentle, and the meat was flavorful and soft. When I added some color in the middle, it felt darker in the second half. The 200g of noodles in the mini ramen was just right for me. Thank you for the meal.
