This is a soba restaurant where you can only enjoy soba noodles. I enjoyed the white Juwari bamboo steamer and the black Inaka bamboo steamer with not only soba soup but also wasabi salt. It had an impressive flavor. My uncle is running the business by himself, so I would like to enjoy it again while relaxing and looking at the mountains when I have time. I want to try soba noodles next time!

We are closed on Wednesdays. The price may seem high, but it's worth the trip. However, I think there are some people who can't find it because it's one road back. Apparently the day I went was a holiday, but they gave me a special treat. The soba noodles with wasabi and soy sauce were especially delicious. The soba soup was also delicious. Next time, I would like to order soba gaki.

I ordered Seiro 1,000 yen. The buckwheat noodles are thin, and the soup is not sweet and has a crisp taste. very good. Of particular note is the soba-yu. It's creamy and goes perfectly with the soup. I was stunned. It was the first time I drank up all the soba-yu. Since you can't order a large serving, the amount of soba may be small for men, but ordering two different types of soba is luxurious but delicious enough to try. Watch out for oncoming vehicles as you will be driving along a narrow road. ★★★★★
