More Comments at Google MapI stopped by on the way and had some ``Tenzaru Omori'' and ``Hiyamugi''. This restaurant had an extensive menu and advertised itself as a ``Japanese-style restaurant,'' so as a soba lover myself, I guess I didn't have high expectations for the delicious, handmade soba noodles. Tempura that you can tell is good. It was a delicious restaurant, right down to the iced coffee I received after the meal. When I asked about it, I was told that they order soba flour from Hokkaido to make it, and the large soba I ordered was sold out today. Barely safe (^^) If you like soba, we especially recommend this soba.
I was intrigued by the good reviews, so this was my first visit. There is a parking lot for about 3 cars next to the store, and a parking lot for about 10 cars a little further away (in front of the hotel). The inside of the restaurant looks quite spacious, with a counter, seating for four people, a tatami room, and a table in the tatami room. I ordered the recommended lunch set of Bitki hamburger and pork cutlet with yam sauce. The hamburger steak is meaty and delicious with demi-glace sauce💣️ Tonkatsu yam sauce is a delicious cutlet and the yam is stretched out with the dashi stock, making it a refreshing dish 🎵 The lunch came with soba noodles, and the soba noodles were slippery and the soup was so delicious that I wanted to eat more. There was coffee after the meal. (Since it is a service, it may not always be available) I found a good store. I’m sure it will be a repeat😄
It is a Western restaurant in an old-fashioned town. The chicken sauté rice is accompanied by fried potatoes, boiled broccoli, and carrot glacé. Perfect western food. Loosen the demiso. The rare beef cutlet has a thin batter, and the bread crumbs used for the rare cutlet are different from those of the normal cutlet. When I ate it, I was deeply moved by the scent of bread crumbs. I had it with salt (probably rock salt judging from the color) and soy sauce instead of sauce. It was my first experience eating a cutlet with salt, but I was surprised when I ate it! You can feel the sweetness of the meat. The soy sauce is also Tosa soy sauce, which was prepared by the master. ). Pickles are homemade. A Western restaurant with 100 points that seems to appear in lonely gourmet. There are counters, tables, and tatami rooms, and a parking lot is available next to the store and a little further away. The older sister is also very friendly, and it's nice to have coffee after meals. I was thrilled to find a good shop.
