More Comments at Google MapOrdered green onion miso, curry ramen, and gyoza set! In the green onion miso, the green onions are thin and crunchy. It's definitely delicious. The curry ramen is quite spicy and spicy! The gyoza are big and filled with lots of fillings, making you very satisfied! I was also interested in Sano Ramen and Tonkotsu Soy Sauce. Maybe everything looks delicious! I'll be back!
I wanted to try authentic Sano ramen, so I visited the popular Kurobe-san. The store is located on the right as soon as you enter Ichigai from the Mashiko direction on National Route 123. I visited around 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon and was lucky that the parking lot was empty😊 Inside the store, there are 3 tables for 2 people and 2 tables for 4 people. There were 6 counter seats and I rented a table for 2 people and took a seat. I had Sano chashu noodles and 4 gyoza, and my partner Ichigai champon and 4 gyoza. First of all, there are 4 large pieces of gyoza, so I can understand why there are 2 pieces on the menu, but if you are a small eater, please be careful. The bean paste is mainly made from vegetables, and when you bite into it, it's juicy and has a sweet taste that goes well with the vinegar and pepper 😍 Sano Char Siu Noodles is a basic clear soup that is drinkable with a light flavor but a good dashi. The noodles are flat and pillowy, yet have a firm waist that picks up the soup and is delicious. There are 3 large pieces of char siu, and when you pick it up with chopsticks, it's soft and juicy.🐷 My partner's champon was a mix of stir-fried vegetables, Chinese noodles, and udon, with not much firmness but smooth noodles, and the rich sweetness of the vegetables and lard-rich soup, making it an authentic champon and a delicious complete meal. Next time I will try miso ramen.
Sano Ramen after strawberry picking There were other menu items other than Sano Ramen, but since Sano Ramen was what I was looking for, it was my only choice. Sano Ramen's unique fluttery noodles and light soup. delicious. The chashu here has a nice crumbly texture when you pick it up with chopsticks.
