In addition to soba, they also serve sake and snacks, and the fried burdock root was crunchy, juicy, and exquisite. The shredded Japanese yam was also delicious. Alcohol goes a long way lol I ordered mushroom soba noodles and tempura soba noodles. The mushroom steamer contains many kinds of mushrooms, such as shiitake, enoki, shimeji, maitake, and milk mushrooms, making it extremely filling. The refreshing taste of mizuna and yuzu added to the sweet dashi soup made it very delicious. The chewy, thin noodles were smooth and went down well. In addition to the colorful vegetable tempura, there were also two shrimp tempura pieces in the Tenseiro, which was very filling, but had a light and crispy texture that made it easy to eat. I think it's a pretty good cost performance for just 1000 yen. I wish there were more table seats because there are many people drinking at night and it's easy to stay for a long time. However, it only takes less than 5 minutes from the time you order to the time your food is delivered, so you'll be very satisfied with the speed. Next time, I would like to try Tendon, which has been talked about as being delicious.
