2023/03/19 I had fried chicken. Although the signboard advertises chicken dishes, the parts of the fried chicken are not "thigh," "breast," "thigh," or "chicken wing." There are thin bones mixed in, so I think it's probably a part of the torso other than the breast (the bones are probably ribs). The meat is not marinated or seasoned, and is probably only seasoned. It is fried crispy and has an excellent texture. If you think the taste is bland, a quick sprinkle of table seasoning salt will make it even better. Maybe it was because it was Sunday at this restaurant, but the food was served very slowly, so I might not recommend it if you're short on time. Also, the pickles that come with the rice are bran pickles, just before furuzuke, which is the perfect pickle for me. When I asked for a refill, they provided it for free. Miso soup comes with the rice, but this one has a much lighter flavor. I'm commenting about the rice because this is a type of restaurant that doesn't have a set menu, but if you order rice, it comes with pickles and soup to make it a set meal.

I always eat stir-fried offal and fried chicken! ! I also had Chinese noodles on the new menu, but it was so delicious that I drank the soup. It seems that I will order Chinese soba every time from next time. I think it's a really famous restaurant.
