I found out about it after appearing on a famous gourmet program. There are plenty of assorted set meals, so I thought I would order that, but first I had the orthodox loin cutlet. Thick, soft, and sweet meat made from Tochigi prefecture cherry blossom pork. The clothes are also crispy. I had a large serving of rice, but I rarely finished it because the rice was so smooth. In addition to the basic sauce, you can choose from a wide variety of seasonings such as wasabi, rock salt, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, allowing you to fully enjoy your tonkatsu. For miso soup, you can choose sea lettuce miso soup or pork soup. This time, it was aosa, so next time I'll try pork soup.

It was really delicious. I can't find any other words. I previously gave a high rating to another restaurant, but compared to that one, this one is more modern and orthodox. I feel particular about everything. Set A is a cream croquette with a miraculously tender fillet, very large and flavorful shrimp, and plenty of crab. There was nothing particularly strange about it, and I felt that the cooking was done with care. I wonder how on earth I would cook this fillet... It was far from home and the wait time for the food to be cooked was long, but I couldn't help but be satisfied with the deliciousness. Although there is no photo, the sauce katsudon is a slightly sweet flavored dish that is excellent in both quantity and quality. It was easy to eat because it wasn't too thick. I'm also interested in the takeout and evening menu. The price is reasonable and there are no complaints. If you live in Tochigi, please come!
