Yakisoba Otaki is located right near the Ninomiya Sontoku Museum. It seems that the husband and wife are running the business, and they have been doing it since early hours. It's takeout only, but if the weather is nice, you can eat it on the bench outside. Prices start from 200 yen. It costs 300 yen per person, so I ordered that. The taste was nostalgic, and the topping of only cabbage and pickled ginger reminded me of old yakisoba. Amazingly, Mr. Otaki here doesn't make any mistakes, and he heats up the iron plate after taking orders from customers. I was really impressed by the fact that they served freshly made squirts. Topped with a large serving of yakisoba for ¥500 and two fried eggs for ¥100. I'm not good at soft-boiled yolks, so I had them baked well. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. 2023/01/24
