More Comments at Google MapA long-established ramen shop founded in 1989 A thriving store run by a second-generation couple who inherited it from their predecessor. The thick chashu is the best and the soup is delicious. The gyoza are handmade and have a chewy skin with a filling filling that gives it a great value. Salt ramen seems to have a good reputation on the streets. It seems to be a long way from southern Tochigi Prefecture, Saitama, and western Ibaraki, but the new No. 4 train will get you there surprisingly quickly, so it's well worth the trip. The price is also slightly lower. It was a very delicious and well-balanced restaurant that is likely to be ranked among the top restaurants in the history of Lasho tours.
Almost all gentlemen come to the store, so the turnover is fast! The owner and his wife run the restaurant, but they take care of the orders calmly. You can choose the firmness of the noodles and the richness of the soup, and half sizes are also available. Anyway, green onions are delicious! The green onion bowl is also full of sesame seeds! The picture is green onion miso char siu noodles and a small green onion bowl.
My favorite ramen shop I've ever eaten at. I was satisfied with both the hardness of the noodles and the richness of the soup. A return visit is confirmed!
